Previously known as a Building Survey or Structural Survey.
The most comprehensive report. Most suitable for older properties, extended properties or properties requiring works. These provide everything included in a Level 2, but are much more in depth.
The surveyor will look at root causes of potential defects and look at how building materials interact with each other and within the property to uncover potential hidden defects that would not be addressed in a Level 2 survey.
