I know that 5 star ratings are often regarded as suspicious, but in this case , I can't fault the service we received from this company . A small Manx company giving excellent customer service . Process was so easy . I requested a quote on-line which promptly arrived . Spoke to "Rick" and he explained what would happen. They arranged the survey and "Lilly" went to carry it out. Detailed report with us in couple of days including the offer of an appointment to discuss this, which we took up.

The report included lots of photographs including aerial shots of the roof, and local information about the area. This is going to save us a lot of money as Lilly spotted things which need attention before we exchange contracts. Thank you Manx Surveyors!

Highly recommended - it was two weeks from my initial inquiry to the final discussion about the survey to answer any queries. The estimate was competitive and the delivery of the survey timely. The survey itself was well presented and illustrated with photos to back up the comments. There was care to communicate with me and to discuss any concerns raised by the survey (which was particularly appreciated).

I go into the process of buying an "older" house better informed of the risks and reassured that overall I am making the right decision.

Great to deal with and really responsive. They completed a very detailed Level 3 building survey for me and were available for any follow up questions. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a building survey.

I have recently used Manx surveyors in the purchasing of a property. They were very efficient with the whole process. I did an on line query regarding their availability at night and was promptly called the following day. Where everything was explained in detail. I arranged the survey with Lilly and I was very surprised that she was able to fit me in so quickly. Once the survey was completed I had a written copy and a phone call from Lily explaining her findings.
